Our story

RideSenior launched in September 2019 when founder Eric Ho recognized the growing transportation challenges faced by seniors and individuals who require extra care during travel. With a vision to provide safe, compassionate, and reliable assisted transportation, RideSenior was created to deliver a more supportive and human-centered ride experience.

Since then, RideSenior has grown into a trusted transportation service, supporting a wide range of individuals, families, healthcare providers, and senior-focused organizations across Canada. Our services are designed specifically for riders who may need additional assistance, reassurance, and personalized attention throughout their journey.

We have proudly facilitated a large number of rides and continue to expand our presence in major Canadian cities, including Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Montreal, Winnipeg, Halifax, and Victoria. From the beginning, our mission has been to provide more than just transportation. We deliver care, dignity, and peace of mind.

Our dedicated team, along with our professional and compassionate drivers, is deeply committed to improving mobility and independence for seniors.
